Booking:

Booking can be done directly / personally at the reception desk, by phone or by sending a reservation form via e-mail or fax no later than 7 days before the arrival.

Non-refundable deposit in the amount of one night stay (for bookings lasting more than 5 nights) at least five days before the arrival is required.

Booking confirmation or a new bid comes in within 24 hours of receipt of the query.

Changes to reserved services (full board, half board) is made exclusively directly / personally at the front desk.

In case of cancellation, the customer is obligated to inform the front desk at least 48 hours before the arrival. Otherwise the hotel retains the deposit paid in advance.
