How to book services

Booking request can be made directly / personally at the reception, by telephone or with sending a booking form by email or fax no later than 3 days before the arrival.

For the reservation that lasts more than 3 days (especially in the summer season) the hotel can request your credit card information. In the case of cancellation, the customer is obligated to inform the front desk not later than 72 hours before the arrival. Otherwise, the hotel has the right to charge the credit card for the part or full amount for the reserved services.

Changing the reserved services is exclusively directly / personally at the reception.
